Experienced legal representation in Knoxville, Tennessee

Attorney Louis J. Battino

I grew up in Niagara Falls, New York in a modest low-middle class home. From a very young age I wanted to be an attorney. About a month before my 30th birthday, I decided that I was going to make my dream a reality, so I completed my bachelor's degree then moved to Knoxville to attend law school at Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law.

I fell in love with East Tennessee as did my family. We enjoy the outdoors, and the lifestyle Knoxville has to offer. We quickly decided that we were going to spend the rest of our lives in the Knoxville area.

I went through a very long divorce and child custody action myself. After spending over five years in and out of Court, I will never forget how important my choice in lawyers was to the trajectory of my case

I ultimately went to law school because of my dislike for some of the common tendencies that lawyers have, and I want to be different. Ever try to call a lawyer for months on end without response? Ever see a bill from an attorney and felt like you needed a translator to understand it? Ever go months without an update on your case or legal matter? Find yourself convinced that lawyers invented procrastination? Since I have, you will not have that experience here.

My mission is to provide quality legal representation to all of my clients. Trying to contact an attorney can be difficult, not here. Simply put, every client that hires me has access to my cell number 24/7, your emergency is my priority. I am open to meeting my clients at a number of locations, as well as outside of the typical 9-5 timeframe.

Thank you for viewing my website and bio. If you find yourself in need of legal help, please give me a call to see what I can do to help you.

Attorney Landie Maness Kitts

I was born and raised in Rutledge, Tennessee, where my parents both worked in public service. Throughout my childhood, I watched my parents devote their careers to the service of others and, by way of their example, I too decided that I wanted to spend my life serving my community as an attorney.

I graduated from Emory & Henry College with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Religion. I then moved back to East Tennessee and graduated cum laude from the Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law.

I live with my husband in Knoxville and am an active member at Seymour United Methodist Church. We spend our free time playing disc golf and visiting all of the amazing restaurants Knoxville has to offer.
